About the Role:
- This position is the leader of a selling Team comprised of (e-commerce, Organization Retail, and B2B Projects) Sales Representatives. This leader is accountable for achieving the Area sales for each channel. This role provides direction and leadership to the field regional staff while ensuring customer satisfaction and market share.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for the smart home division.
• Customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction rates of (E-commerce, Organization Retail, and B2B Projects).
• Set, track, and report on sales targets related to smart home products.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth in each area (e-commerce, Organization Retail, B2B Projects) in the smart home and electronics sector.
• Monitor trends in the smart home and electronics markets, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze competitors and provide recommendations to the Commercial Manager on how to position the company for growth.
• Prepare detailed reports on the sales performance of the smart home division, presenting results to the Commercial Manager.
• Manage the division’s budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively and revenue goals are met.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align the sales strategy with the company’s overall goals.
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager to develop initiatives that support the company’s smart home offerings.
• Growth of the sales pipeline for smart home solutions at (E-commerce, Organization Retail, and B2B Projects).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in sales, including at least 3 years as a sales manager. (Ecommerce, Organization Retail, B2B Projects).
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Strong management skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
