About the Role:
The Sales Representative will work closely with customers to grow and promote the sale of the company products including, but not limited to, generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, developing long-term customer relationships
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new projects.
• Determine customer needs to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs
• Visiting potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products
• Build relationships with industry leaders to expand project reach
• Customize offerings to meet project-specific needs, ensuring sales integration.
• Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target
• Research and target large-scale projects in real estate, smart cities, and designers.
• provide management with weekly reports
• Facilitate Cross-Department Communication
• Analyze client portfolios to Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor list for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Stay alert for Identify New Business Opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- +3 years of experience in Project Sales.
- Be self-directed and motivated.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
