Marketing Manager – Smart Home Division

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager for the Smart Home Division will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s smart home products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing smart or electronic devices, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends in smart home technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Marketing Strategy Development:
•   Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the smart home division.
•   Create and execute campaigns to promote smart home products across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events.
•   Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
2.  Brand Management:
•   Manage and grow the brand presence of the smart home division.
•   Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of products in the market.
•   Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, and online content.
3.  Market Research and Analysis:
•   Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning in the smart home sector.
•   Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven insights to adjust strategies.
•   Identify new opportunities for market growth and customer engagement.
4.  Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
•   Manage the division’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
•   Develop strategies for lead generation and conversion through online channels.
•   Monitor website traffic and online campaigns to optimize performance and increase ROI.
5.  Product Launch and Campaign Management:
•   Plan and manage product launches for new smart home devices.
•   Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product development) to ensure successful rollouts of new products.
•   Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including advertising, PR, and partnerships.
6.  Budget Management:
•   Manage the marketing budget for the smart home division, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet marketing objectives.
•   Track spending and provide regular reports on marketing ROI to the Commercial Manager.
7.  Team Collaboration:
•   Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns support the division’s revenue goals.
•   Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for content creation, digital marketing, and events.

Qualifications and Skills:

•   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•   Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, particularly in marketing smart home or electronic devices.
•   Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
•   Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
•   Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts.
•   Creative thinking with a focus on results and brand growth.
•   Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
