Position Overview:
The Commercial Manager will oversee the Smart Homes division, ensuring our business goals and objectives are aligned. This role requires a strategic leader who manages and audits various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Installation, and Customer Service. Additionally, the Commercial Manager will have some responsibilities for the sales team of the aluminum division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic brands, particularly in smart homes or smart devices, and will report directly to the Founder and Co-founder.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the activities of the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and other departmental heads.
• Monitor performance and productivity across all departments, ensuring targets are met.
• Conduct regular audits of department operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Drive the growth of the Smart Homes division through effective market analysis and strategy.
• Oversee and support the sales team of the aluminum sector to ensure cohesive operations.
• Professionally represent Arpina at all times.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and partners to foster strong business relationships.
• Prepare and present reports regularly to the executive team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a similar role, preferably within the electronics or smart home devices industry.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to represent a high-profile brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
